Using Requiem.
Your responsibility
Use the service only for content you have the right to share and contact details you are entitled to use. Keep your account secure, maintain accurate recipients, and retain independent copies of important information.
Check-ins and release
A missed check-in can start a sequence of email reminders. A configured switch can release messages after its reminder stages and grace period. Once an email has been accepted by a delivery provider or content has been viewed, it may not be possible to recall it.
Availability
Delivery depends on account status, service configuration, email providers, recipient addresses, and continued operation. Requiem is not an emergency response, legal estate-planning, password-vault, or guaranteed delivery service.
Billing
Web subscriptions use Lemon Squeezy. Final prices, taxes, billing periods, and renewal terms appear in checkout before purchase. Manage web subscriptions in the account billing portal. Future Apple subscriptions will be managed through Apple. Viewing the pricing page does not create a charge.
Changing or leaving the service
You can pause switches, delete messages, export account data, or delete your account in the app. Cancel your web subscription before deleting your account; deletion is blocked while a renewable web subscription or pending checkout exists. App-store subscriptions must be managed with their billing provider. Limits may restrict new content after a subscription ends.
