Privacy policy
How the current service handles information.
Information you provide
Requiem uses the shared Khaos Studios account for your email, display name, and avatar. Updating your name or avatar updates that shared identity. Requiem messages and recipients remain private to your account. Switches contain messages, recipient addresses, schedules, and check-in history. The service also records delivery attempts and subscription status.
Content access
Messages are not currently end-to-end encrypted. Authorized service infrastructure can process their contents. Do not submit passwords, financial credentials, or other sensitive secrets to this development service.
Service providers
The current architecture uses Supabase for accounts and data, an email provider for notifications, Cloudflare for website hosting and serverless billing operations, and Lemon Squeezy for web subscriptions. RevenueCat and Apple are planned for later native purchases. Email delivery links grant access to their intended message; keep them private.
Retention
Recipient links expire after 30 days and a scheduled cleanup removes expired delivery snapshots. Delivery queue records are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Source messages remain in the account until deleted. Backups and provider records follow the configured provider retention settings.
Your choices
You can edit or delete source messages and pause switches in the app. The account screen offers Requiem data export and deletion. Deleting Requiem data preserves your shared Khaos account and other applications. Cancel web subscriptions through the account billing portal before deleting your account. Subscriptions billed by an app store must be managed in store settings.
Contact
